2026 Beauty Device Routine Schedules

You've been asking for it, so here it is! A set of beauty device schedules to get you started with your beauty devices and keep you on track for the year! Since I recommend using only one heat-based device per routine, I created four separate routines for the year, starting in February: one with the DermRays Revive, one with the Tripollar Envig Edge, one with the Tripollar STOP Vx2, and one with the Newa. Please choose one routine that works best for you based on the heat-based device you want to use. If you want to switch routines, I recommend doing that on at least a monthly basis. Other modalities included in the schedules are the LYMA Laser, hair helmet, microcurrent, and electroporation. After you download the schedules, you can use Abobe Acrobat (if you have it) to edit and customize the routines, you can print them out as-is, or you can get your own paper calendar and transfer over the details you'd like to use this year.
